For the second time, I am returned with a dirty car after wash, and it’s from the same Spahaus. The first time I paid RM180 to wax and wash, it was returned as shown in the photos, they gave me a rewash later on, which is nice, but I will never opt for higher package with them anymore. I sent my car for a quick wash at RM20 yesterday due to some urgent matter, but when I received the car, I regretted immediately and wish I had go to my usual spa haus. The manager told me I haven’t wash for too long it is hard to wash the dirt off (last 3 pics), when in fact I can easily wipe it off with just a wee bit pressure, at this point, I think they don’t even bother to wash properly anymore. I’ve never given them a bad review cause I know everyone deserves a second chance but this is my last straw.

As a loyal customer who sent my car to you guys over the past few years in pacific place, even signed up the Covid package as a support but never claimed it fully since I WFH that year, I am dissatisfied and disappointed.

It’s a great place to get your car washed (and do other services). Attached to the mall, you can spend time doing groceries or even going for a meal. I don’t do car washes that often so I’m not sure how their price compares to other places, but from my perspective they are priced ok. Did my exterior cleaning, polish and wax. On the inside I did the leather cleaning and nano mist. Very happy with the result so far!

Did wash and soundproof my car here. I get the result exactly how i was briefed. Staffs also very friendly. I enjoy send my car here as i received lotsa knowledge about car care too for the staff.

These peeps are one of the top in town when it comes to car care. Did full detailing and ceramic coating on my AMG. Superb job, and will be back with my other cars!

Basically how I evaluate a good car service is very simple - if I find there are still dirt or dust at the edges it means the staff is not proficient in cleaning the car. Unfortunately after I returned home and thoroughly checked my car I found dusts and dirt at the edges and even at the aircond vent. I think I was so unfortunate to have sent my car when there were quite a number of cars to be serviced and thus the two Bangladeshi staff had to 'rush' to complete the job (not an excuse actually!). For washing/vacuuming/waxing/odour elimination which cost about RM100, I was expecting the staff to be very detailed but it was completed by the staff so quickly in about an hour. I recommend more strict supervision of their staff and QC inspection by their supervisor.

At first, before washing a car the guys didn't rinse off the cloth they used to wash another car. This will cause stone particles or sand that sticks to the cloth which will potentially scratch the car and secondly they didn't use the top to bottom washing method (wash the top first and then wash the bottom part of the car) this is to ensure the bottom part of car which contains stones or sand doesn't scratch your car and this is the proper way of washing a car.
BUT now, I am very impressed how the guys do their work using the correct methods (top to bottom) of washing car including rinsing off the cloth before they start washing. I take my car there frequently and have no complaints but compliments on what a good job they are doing. 100% satisfied and I wish to keep it that way. Good job guys!!

Take note, you have to enter Evolve mall's basement parking to reach here. Booked for car interior cleaning, i.e. car seats, floor lining, dashboard etc. Since it comes in a package, wash +polish package+mist was selected. It is on the pricey side. Because the worker there informed that for cushion cleaning will need to leave the car for 2-3 hours for the seats to dry after cleaning. So take note, for those planning to get your seats cleaned. While I did not stay to observe their cleaning, upon getting the car back, externally, they did an excellent job with washing&polishing. As for cleaning, the interiors, I was told they applied a coating over my seats to protect it, wonderfully done and smells nice.
However, I still found dusts in gaps between seat and center console, pockets between seat and seatbelt. And they did not clean the part where we usually place umbrellas next to front seats, as I can see dirt+watermarks on the ledge. For RM 330, a 3 hour job, it's okay when done every 2 years or so, not weekly/monthly.

Good car wash with reasonable price. Staff looks well trained and the car was well clean after the car wash. Owner was good not trying to hard sell their package like any other car wash. Much better than some other car wash in Ara Damansara.
